كسانی كه مخالف آزادی ديگرانند، خود لياقت آزادی را ندارند.
مردم حق دارند در هرکجای دنیا که باشند در برابر حکومتی که نمیخواهند، بپا خیزند و آنرا به زیر کشند تا حاکمیتی که خود را لایق آن میدانند برپا کنند. این «حق» تنها نیرویی است که میتواند همه جهان را آزاد کند.
